In this energetic role, you will craft delicious, nutritious beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, retail sales, and customer engagement within a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, coffee beverages, and light snacks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transactions and cash handling Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and recommend products to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and accurate order fulfillment Handle cash register operations, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Requirements Previous barista or food service experience, preferably in a café or retail environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Experience in coffee making, serving beverages, or similar roles in the food industry is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and service Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering healthy delights with energy and enthusiasm!
