Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Assist in setting up bar stations for events such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; capable of basic math for transactions and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper beverage serving techniques. Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with retail math for sales reconciliation and cash handling accuracy. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to catering, brewing, or restaurant operations is a plus.
