Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast POS Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions Uphold food handling standards and ensure all beverages are prepared safely and hygienically Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in high-volume settings Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the bar area as required Qualifications Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements accurately Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Previous retail math or cashiering experience is a plus Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards is advantageous Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional service.
