EXPECTATIONS
Min 3-5 Years in Hospitality Min 1 year in Fine Dining Strong Attention to Detail Self-Starter Solutions-Driven Customer Service as a PRIMARY Focus Able to balance Quality Dining/Food/Drink, with Energetic, Entertainment-Forward Environment Must have well-rounded knowledge of wines/pairing (Serving/Bar) Must have fresh/craft/classic cocktail knowledge (Serving/Bar) Must have good knowledge of City/Happenings/Pulse Experience with Toast POS preferred
MUST HAVE
Current Food Handling & Alcohol Serving Permits TEAM Attitude / Customer Focus Catering Background is a bonus Multi-Lingual is a bonus Proper Hygiene & Attire Limited/Tasteful/Concealable Tattoos Reliable Transportation to/from work Drive to help build Appropriate flexibility in time/roles/shifts If you are passionate about the culinary industry and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, and you appreciate the building process, we would love to hear from you.
