Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender 5 years minimum Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Familiarity with POS systems efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality Experience Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing are essential. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in the food industry or hospitality sector.
