Job Description
Trophy Club is Sacramento's premier speak easy located in the DOCO next to the Golden 1 Center. We are building a team of hardworking and dedicated people to craft and shake the best spirits in town. Job Summary This position at Trophy Club is an overall front of house position with wide ranging responsibilities in order to provide an extraordinary guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome and ID checks of our guests Experience mixing cocktails Provide a brief overview of our cocktails on our menu and answer any questions the guest may have Craft house cocktails, create unique "Your's Truly" while ensuring responsible serving practices Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment for guests by bussing tables, chairs, and glassware, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the shift Frequent restroom checks Knowledge of many spirits as we feature one of the biggest backbars in Sacramento Accurate ringing of sales of drinks through POS system Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Excellent customer service skills Experience with Toast POS system Knowledge and passion for craft cocktails Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner.
