Overview Join our vibrant team as a Daytime Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote ongoing patronage. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in lively settings like nightclubs or banquet events held during daytime hours. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in a timely manner. Support catering events by setting up bar stations, preparing drinks, and ensuring smooth service flow. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food hprocedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs or catering events is a plus. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations; familiarity.
