Flexible working hours Lively atmosphere Fun and engaging service We are seeking a part to full time bartender and server (15 to 35 hours), experienced in bartending and fine dinning service ready to join our team and expand upon an already successful establishment. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor with your customers. This position has flexible availability, but is required to work weekends and late nights. Being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as a team is an important expectation.

Responsibilities:

Bartending in a fast-paced environment with strong mixology and wine knowledge is a must. Quickly learn The Saint food and beverage list and know when to suggest to patrons alternative spirit and wine options; create specialty tasting flights according to patrons' preferences. Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and up-sell is a top priority to drive top line revenue and growth. Deliver your service level as a world class, 5 star, customer service professional Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required. Maintain composure when dealing with demanding clients or customers. Keep up with the orders of several customers at once. Organize and balance multiple tasks to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner, inlcuding side work, stocking and inventory management. Adhere to company policies; handle any disputes between employees and customers. Handle POS with cash and credit card transactions accurately; make change accurately and quickly. Work as a server, runner, and busser and support table service from our many wine, beer, and food options.
