The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Square POS or similar platforms. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and food handling practices. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS or OpenTable, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is a plus. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications related to alcohol service.
