This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is capable of running shifts independently while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is confident working alone when needed, understands beer, wine, and wine-based cocktails, and can manage daily operational responsibilities including inventory, ordering, and customer service. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Provide high-quality bartending and guest service in a high-volume taphouse environment Manage front-of-house operations during shifts, including working independently when needed Prepare and serve beer, wine, wine-based cocktails, and other beverages consistently and efficiently Maintain strong knowledge of draft systems, beverage menus, and service standards Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and guest tabs accurately Monitor inventory levels and assist with placing beer, wine, liquor, and supply orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and service areas Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and health/safety standards Support overall team flow and assist with opening/closing duties Deliver professional, friendly hospitality while maintaining speed and efficiency during busy service periods Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, taproom, restaurant, or taphouse environment Ability to confidently run FOH operations independently Knowledge of beer, wine, and wine-based cocktails preferred Experience with inventory management and placing orders preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Experience using POS systems Weekend and evening availability required Preferred Traits Self-motivated and dependable Strong sense of urgency and hospitality Comfortable leading shifts without constant supervision Passion for craft beer, hospitality, and guest experience Join a growing local concept focused on great drinks, quality service, and creating an atmosphere people want to come back to.
