We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced bartenders to join our team and help us craft unforgettable cocktails while ensuring an enjoyable visit for our patrons.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender at MetroLux San Clemente Scripted Bar and Kitchen, you will play a vital role in our guests' overall experience. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Interact with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register. Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Perform opening and closing duties as required. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology and beverage service.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixing techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive and friendly attitude. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must adhere to MetroLux San Clemente's grooming and uniform standards.
