MUST HAVE BARTENDING EXPERIENCE!

A little about the position: Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our locations! The customer experience begins and ends with you! We are looking to hire experienced bartenders and barbacks. Duties, include but are not limited to: Mixing traditional and creative cocktails Learning POS system and properly taking payments / open and maintain tabs throughout shift Maintain clean glasses and bar utensils Accountability in maintaining inventory Make suggestions based on customer taste and preferences, upsell! Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive environment Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness is a must! Maintain knowledge of applicable CA laws and regulations Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time We are looking for: Outgoing, Quick Learning & Customer Service Oriented Personality! Personable Team Player! Strong Attention to Detail 3+ years experience in a full-service restaurant 3+ years experience in a full bar making cocktails The ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
