This hybrid role covers approximately 2 server shifts and 2 bartending shifts per week — perfect for someone who knows their way around both sides of the house and thrives under pressure. We host live music, major sporting events, and a loyal local crowd, so we need people who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for proven pros who can handle the volume and the pace without missing a beat.
Availability:
Days, nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Requirements:
21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of combined serving and bartending experience — non-negotiable Current California Food Handler's Card Proven track record in high-volume environments Strong cash handling experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional — every shift, every time Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Toast POS experience Background in sports bars, live music venues, or high-volume restaurants
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional, attentive service to every guest Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill Handle payments and cash with precision Keep your work area clean and organized Work seamlessly with the team to keep service tight during rushes, live shows, and game days
