This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hosptality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Some experience in restaurant, bar, nightclub, or banquet settings is a required. Duties Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Provide attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction Manage cash handling with accuracy using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas according to health standards Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guests receive personalized recommendations Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible alcohol service Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry required Bar or nightclub experience is advantageous Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours ABC RBS certificate and food handlers card required after 60 days Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor This role offers an engaging environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
