In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our bar and dining operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth service flow. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help elevate the guest experience while supporting our bartenders and servers in delivering exceptional hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service. Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and inviting environment for guests. Support food preparation tasks such as assembling tapas plates or garnishing drinks under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including cleaning spills, washing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Handle bussing duties efficiently by removing used dishes, utensils, and trash to keep the dining area organized. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when needed for cashiering or food handling tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with food preparation, bussing, and general food service operations in restaurants or hospitality settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering and order management. Previous experience working in nightclubs, banquet events, catering environments or hotel food service is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling regulations and customer service excellence.
