The Barback is an essential part of our bar operations, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to provide fast, efficient, and exceptional service in a high-energy nightlife environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including cases of beer, liquor, and ice. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts. Must possess or be willing to obtain any required food handling or alcohol service certifications. Responsibilities Stock and replenish liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift. Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Refill ice bins and assist with maintaining inventory levels. Collect and wash glassware and bar equipment as needed. Assist bartenders in delivering fast and efficient service to guests. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in all bar areas. Help prepare the bar before opening and assist with closing duties at the end of the night.
