You are responsible for making and serving cocktails in a professional, positive and energetic manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and displaying outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in fast paced environment Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, liquors and beers Ability to work fast and under pressure Basic customer service etiquette, being friendly and welcoming to guests Ability to multi-task with a smile Work well with other bartenders and kitchen staff Attention to details, closing out tabs, cleaning, stocking inventory, when not busy Must be able to work a variety of shifts, especially weekends and holidays.
