Bartender - Neighborhood Dive Tiki Bar We're looking for a fun, energetic bartender who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere for both longtime regulars and new faces walking through the door. Our ideal candidate brings personality, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every shift while helping keep the good vibes flowing.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve classic cocktails, tiki drinks, beer, wine, and spirits. Create a friendly, engaging experience for neighborhood regulars and first-time guests alike. Build relationships with patrons and foster a strong sense of community at the bar. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Work as part of a team to keep service smooth during busy shifts. Contribute to the fun, laid-back, and inclusive culture of the bar.

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and outgoing personality. A genuine love of hospitality and connecting with people. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cocktails and spirits, or a willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous bartending experience is preferred but personality and attitude matter just as much.

Compensation:
