Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, you'll be the heart of the social scene, delivering top-tier service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws while monitoring guest intoxication levels responsibly. Assist in setting up bar stations for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cash handling experience is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management; experience with brewing or beverage catering is advantageous.
