We are currently hiring for a Barback position. Each role plays an essential part in delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding our values of excellence, teamwork, cultural appreciation, joy, and honoring our ancestors. Team members will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where professionalism, accountability, and respect are key to our success. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required for all Front of House roles. Candidates must also be prepared to provide professional references, which will be verified as part of the hiring process. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Compensation for this position starts at a minimum of $19.18 per hour, in compliance with San Francisco minimum wage requirements, plus any applicable tips where eligible.
