Job Description

Rosamunde is hiring! We are a counter-service German-inspired beer garden specializing in craft beer, artisan sausages, and other German cuisine. We are seeking a beer/wine bartender and a line cook to join our team.
Beer/Wine Bartender:
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist guests when needed.
  • Stay attentive to guests' needs and take initiative.
  • Ability to work quickly and take food and drink orders at the counter/bar.
  • Pour beer and wine while keeping a spotless, highly organized bar and restaurant environment.
  • Verify guest IDs and process payments efficiently on our POS system.
  • Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to back each other up during busy rushes.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and respect.
Experience:
  • Previous bartending and restaurant experience is required.
  • A passion for food, beer/wine, personal development, hospitality, and a strong desire to learn new things.
  • Multitasking skills, an ability to work quickly, and be gracious with others.
Physical & Availability:
  • Ability to stand for 6+ hours
  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs (kegs/cases) if needed
  • Open availability is preferred, must be available on weekends and select holidays (Rosamunde is closed on major holidays) Experienced Line Cook (1-5 Years Exp.
) We are seeking a dependable, clean, and organized line cook who takes pride in maintaining high-quality food at a fast-casual pace.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean work station while following health codes.
  • Prepare and cook menu items quickly to order, keeping quality and presentation consistent.
  • Deliver food directly to guests when needed with a helpful, friendly attitude if bartenders are busy
  • Maintain open, clear communication with all members of the team, especially with the kitchen managers.
Experience:
  • 1 to 5 years as a line cook.
  • Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Efficient and maintains safe work practices.
  • Strong English communication skills are required (Spanish language skills are a huge plus!).
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and professional development.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work well with others.
Physical & Availability:
  • Ability to stand for 6+ hours
  • Must have physical stamina to handle a hot kitchen, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs (kegs/cases) if needed
  • Open availability is preferred, must be available on weekends and select holidays (Rosamunde is closed on major holidays)
