The ideal candidate will have a passion for nightlife and a commitment to providing exceptional work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued. Duties At SP2, a bar back's primary job is to keep bartenders stocked, supported, and moving efficiently. Restocking Liquor, Beer, and Wine Keeping Ice Wells Maintained Washing and Polishing Glassware Changing Kegs and CO₂ Tanks Preparing Garnishes for Service Maintaining Bar Cleanliness Organizing Inventory Removing Empty Bottles and Rubbish Supporting Bartenders During Rushes Opening and Closing Duties Qualifications Strong sense of urgency and multitasking Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly (kegs, cases, ice) Excellent communication with bartenders and management Ability to work efficiently in crowded, fast-paced environments Experience in catering or banquet services is an advantage but not mandatory.
