What We're Looking For:

Someone who: Has proven experience managing bar operations. Knows how to lead, train, and inspire a team. Is proactive, organized, and focused on boosting sales. Has a strong passion for mixology and enjoys creating new drinks. Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure. Speaks fluent Spanish (required) and communicates well in English. Understands inventory control and working with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations and staff schedules. Create or update innovative cocktail menus. Ensure top-notch customer service at the bar. Support promotions and implement sales strategies. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and alcohol service compliance.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a bartender and/or bar manager. Proven leadership and staff management skills. Valid food handler card and RBS certification (or willingness to obtain). Must be available to work weekends.
