Little Rock Tavern is looking for a bartender to join our team !

Position:

1-3 shifts per week

Requirements:

Must be available for shifts 1 PM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 2 AM Open availability 7 days a week , including holidays Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced bar environment If you're energetic, dependable, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you! Send us a message. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS system and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and processing payments efficiently. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or customer service. Qualifications Experience as a bartender Familiarity with POS system Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, and alcohol serving laws.

Pay:

From $16.90 per hour
