Job Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Provide guests with a memorable, personalized, and extremely friendly experience.

Beer Knowledge:

Aim to constantly learn about our beers, including memorizing tasting notes and tasting new beers regularly. Flexibility in

Roles:

Our team rotates roles with every shift (all roles are tipped equally) including janitorial, front of house, and bussers. Candidate must be willing and excited to perform each roll exceptionally.

Cleaning:

Our taproom staff are in charge of closing the bar, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the space. Must be comfortable with some janitorial work in addition to customer service.

Ideal Candidates:

Are a major team player, and never mind helping out others when needed Committed to continual learning and receptive to feedback Have a passion for craft beer and customer service alike Beertending experience is a bonus, but not required.
