$19.20. Overtime Eligible. We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in the Lounge, preparing drinks for guests and servers, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Ideal Candidate for this position should be able to work long hours and have flexible afternoon/evening schedule including game days, weekdays, weekends and holiday. Crews Commuter Benefits Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders and provide attentive guest service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Prepare drinks for restaurant servers and cocktail servers Operate point-of-sale systems and process guest payments accurately Follow all cash handling and credit card procedures Set up and maintain bar stations, garnishes, glassware, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and service areas Open and serve wine and champagne as needed Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally Assist with stocking, restocking, and end-of-shift closing duties Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a medium to high-volume environment required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bartending school graduate preferred Current California Food Handler's Card required TIPS certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification Previous Micros or POS experience preferred Bartending school desirable. Knowledge in the variety of different beers, wines and spirits. Position will take food and beverage orders, courteously and efficiently serve food and beverage to guests and collect payment. Responsible for maintenance of bar area, make drinks for restaurant and room service servers. Able to work at least 8 hours standing.
