Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience. Accurately process orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts by utilizing strong time management skills. Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service throughout each shift. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in settings such as nightclubs or banquet events, contributing to a positive environment. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to handle food safety protocols and food handling procedures diligently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations. Experience serving in the food industry or retail environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of brewing processes or catering services is beneficial but not required.
