Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain accurate cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing excellent time management skills during busy hours. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and create a lively yet safe environment suitable for nightlife or banquet events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and sales calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for the food service industry is essential.
