Job Summary:
You aren't just behind a bar; you are at the helm of an atmosphere. We are looking for a technician who masters the classics, an artist who understands flavor profiles, and a host who anticipates a guest's needs before they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality:
Providing a friendly and welcoming environment to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Drink Preparation:
Mixing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
Order Management:
Taking orders directly from guests or through waitstaff and accurately entering them into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Product Recommendations:
Informing guests about specials, explaining drink menus, and suggesting beverages based on their preferences.
Financial Transactions:
Processing payments, managing open tabs, and balancing cash receipts at the end of each shift
Age Verification:
Checking identification to ensure all guests are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol. Mise en
Place:
Preparing garnishes, stocking ice, and ensuring all tools and glassware are ready before service begins.
Sanitation:
Cleaning and sanitizing the bar top, work areas, and bar equipment throughout the shift.
Conflict Resolution:
Promptly addressing customer complaints or service issues with a professional demeanor
Professional Presentation :
Maintain an impeccable personal appearance, including a spotless, pressed uniform and meticulous grooming, as our professionalism sets the tone for the entire atmosphere.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years in upscale/ fine dining restaurant
Communication & Interpersonal Skills :
Must excel at clear, courteous communication with both guests and internal teams. Keen Attention to
Detail :
Every small detail, from resetting silverware to accurate pouring
Base Pay:
$16.90+ Tips
