•Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will ensure every guest feels valued and well cared for while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and responsible alcohol serving. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and balance registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering stock when necessary. Uphold all food handling standards and promote a safe environment for both staff and guests. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by participating in club or nightlife activities when required. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising quality. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Experience with food industry operations including catering, food handling, and restaurant service is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or club nights. Previous experience in hospitality or brewing environments is beneficial; nightclub or retail experience is also valued.
