Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, handling light food items, and supporting catering or banquet setups. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests. Support other team members during busy periods by restocking supplies, ice, garnishes, and beverages to keep service seamless. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures; process payments through POS systems. Ensure compliance with food handling standards and safety regulations across all activities in the food industry setting. Skills Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments; nightclub or hotel experience is a plus. Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the bar area. Previous bartending experience including cocktail mixing, beverage presentation, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with food handling procedures, serving techniques, and restaurant operations. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
