With a full 360° bar and a reputation for craft cocktails, stunning views, and elevated service, we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in customer service within the food and beverage industry. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service while crafting high-quality beverages for our guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting Valid RBS Certification (Responsible Beverage Service) Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card Comfortable with both bartending and serving duties as needed Must be comfortable working in hot and cold weather — our open-air rooftop concept operates year-round Must be able to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately (cash handling, tabs, tip-outs, etc.) Open availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using Toast POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during events. Participate in social media postings. Skills Proficient in Toast POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand bar environment. Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences. Previous fine dining experience is preferred; nightclub experience is a plus. Solid understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of retail math concepts related to inventory management.
