Server / Bartender Aiyara Thai Cuisine - Temecula, CA Aiyara Thai Cuisine is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers/Bartenders to join our team. We are a family-oriented Thai restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming dining experience for our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering great hospitality, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Bartender) Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Process payments and operate POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience preferred Knowledge of Thai food and Asian cuisine is strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and professional Open availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred for bartenders Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain one Schedule & Availability Part-time positions only Must be available to work a flexible schedule What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team, willing to learn, and have an appreciation for Thai food and Asian cuisine. "Knowledge of Thai food and Asian cuisine is highly preferred.
