Whether working behind the bar or at the dining area, your multitasking skills and attention to detail will keep operations smooth and guests satisfied. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests promptly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while prioritizing guest needs through effective time management Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service when required, demonstrating flexibility across different service styles Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Experience in beverage preparation including brewing techniques or bartending in a nightclub environment is advantageous Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Join us in creating lively atmospheres where every guest leaves happy!
