Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations when needed. Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and maintained throughout service. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Assist with cash handling, processing payments, and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave. Uphold high standards of guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in a server role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods. Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is advantageous. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
