Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our vibrant hospitality environment! Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with professionalism and enthusiasm Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or restaurants Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
