Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate tabs for customers. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by efficiently handling multiple orders during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred; experience in a nightclub setting is a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills to accurately process transactions. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is beneficial. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
