Our main goal is to provide a wonderful work environment and great experience for our entire team and customers. We want everyone to feel valued and respected and enjoy their job at our location. We have wonderful team and are excited to have a new member join and be apart of our Dinuccis We are a family-run restaurant that strives to create a welcoming workplace, a strong sense of community, and a positive experience for both our staff and guests. We are currently hiring a bartender for dinner shifts, typically starting around 3:30 PM until close (usually around 10 PM-11 PM, with occasional later nights). Thursday's and Sunday's Pay starts at $17/hour plus tips (no tip pooling) Tips averages typically range between $300
  • 500 Thursday through Saturday nights.
Occasionally more, you can definitely talk to current bartenders and get their opinions on what they are making. We are incredibly lucky to have a wonderful long-term staff, so openings do not come up often. Because of that, we'd love to find someone dependable who can grow with us. Our current bartender is moving to fill in, therefore if you need a day off scheduling is usually pretty flexible. ```Duties```
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
