Venice, West Hollywood and Manhattan Beach. Our menu blends timeless bistro classics with California produce, served alongside ice-cold martinis, French aperitifs, and low-intervention wines. Designed around conviviality and elegance, Coucou celebrates the spirit of aperitif culture in warm, stylish spaces. Our model Coucou operates as a no-tipping establishment. Our team is paid a consistent, elevated hourly rate so that: compensation is stable and transparent service is not driven by tips the focus stays on the guest experience and the team

Bartenders:
