You must be able to deliver fast, efficient service without sacrificing quality You must provide a warm, elevated customer experience at all times If these qualities are not consistently met, long-term employment will not be a fit. Responsibilities Greet every customer with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times Operate POS systems and handle transactions smoothly Uphold HiBye's standards for quality, presentation, and service Assist with restocking and opening/closing duties Work efficiently and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent Barista experience is not required (we will train the right candidate) Prior customer service experience preferred Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask under pressure Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends No visible tattoos or piercings allowed Workplace Policies & Expectations Productivity is monitored and evaluated using internal systems, including AI-supported tools and in-store cameras The premises are monitored at all times to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency Phone use is strictly prohibited during shifts All phones must be kept in designated areas (lockers) while working Use of a phone during work hours may result in immediate termination Confidentiality Requirement All employees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This is strictly non-negotiable and a condition of employment.
