In this lively role, you will expertly take orders, serve food and beverages, and craft innovative cocktails in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're pouring drinks at the bar or delivering attentive service at the table, your enthusiasm will be key to ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy with retail math and restaurant experience standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food handling and safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing detailed descriptions of specials and drink options Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy periods such as nightclub events or banquet functions Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math requirements Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as catering or banquets Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
