Overview Join our vibrant team as a versatile Bartender, Server, and Cook, where your energy and passion for hospitality will shine! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently with cash handling skills. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Cook and assemble menu items following food safety protocols and quality standards; handle food with care to maintain freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in the bar, dining area, and kitchen to ensure a safe environment. Assist with catering events or banquet service when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in high-volume settings like nightclubs or large gatherings. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while adhering to food handling regulations and safety guidelines. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling and cashiering abilities. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments. Experience in food preparation, serving, bartending, or restaurant operations; fine dining experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures; familiarity with alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate order entry, billing, and retail math calculations. Previous experience in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events or retail food industry is highly desirable.
