Linda's Casa Trejo Mexican Restaurant is looking for a dynamic, reliable, and ambitious Server/Bartender to join our 20-person team! We are seeking a "hybrid" professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about the guest experience—whether it's behind the pine or on the floor.

Responsibilities Expert Beverage Service:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision; mix, garnish, and serve cocktails according to house recipes.

Full-Service Dining:

Manage table-side service, including setting tables, assisting guests with menu selections, and promptly delivering orders.

Guest Engagement:

Assess guest needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations that enhance their dining experience.

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly check identifications to confirm legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar and dining area; clear tables efficiently and replenish inventory as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of full-service, table-side serving experience. Proven working experience as a bartender is required.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong multitasking abilities and a knack for staying organized under pressure.

Communication:

Top-notch listening and communication skills. Knowledge of a second language (Spanish) is a major plus!

Attitude:

A positive, team-oriented mindset and a dedication to nurturing an excellent guest experience.

Certification:
