Rosetta Hall is one of Boulder s most vibrant and bustling dining destinations, featuring a dynamic indoor space and a popular rooftop patio. We re currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. This is a well-paid position in an environment that values hospitality, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.

Complete all opening and closing procedures and checklists.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items, including wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails covering taste profiles, production methods, sustainability, and price points.

Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Assist with other duties as assigned by the Beverage Director or Lead Bartender.
Qualifications:
Must be certified by an approved alcohol training program.

Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.

Excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
