Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expert drink mixing, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while contributing to a dynamic environment that celebrates hospitality and entertainment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS system for order processing, billing, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, while managing multiple tables and/or bar stations. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and reconcile cash at shift end. Assist with food service when needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings within the hospitality sector. Experience with food/drink handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage preparation techniques. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for brewing, serving drinks, and creating engaging guest interactions.
