This energetic position combines the art of hospitality with the skill of food and beverage service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and satisfied. Whether serving delectable dishes, mixing creative cocktails, or providing attentive guest relations, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their event experience Set up banquet areas with appropriate tableware, glassware, linens, and decorations to meet event specifications Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Buss tables efficiently by clearing used dishes and resetting for upcoming guests to ensure smooth flow of service Assist with food preparation and catering setup as needed to support event operations Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries or concerns professionally, and enhance overall satisfaction Must be able to carry at least 50 pounds Must be responsible and have a great attitude Skills Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet service or catering environments Strong culinary knowledge and hospitality skills to deliver exceptional guest services Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities with a positive attitude Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable Knowledge of coffee service or bar operations adds value to the role Bilingual perfered This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
