Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment Manage POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly and ensure adherence to alcohol service laws Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while practicing retail math skills Support catering events or banquet functions by providing timely beverage service in diverse settings Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly without sacrificing quality Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems, preferrably square Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for enhancing drink offerings Prior experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for mixology!
