Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Bartender/ F&B Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the bar and restaurant area in the hotel. This role ensures guests have a pleasant and enjoyable breakfast experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the Bistro area is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.

  • Prepares and sets up the Bistro according to hotel standards.
  • Ensures that all food and beverage items are fresh, replenished, and presented attractively.
  • Assists guests with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs when necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of The Bistro area, including tables, counters, and floors.
  • Monitors and ensures food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and utensils after each use.
  • Ensures that all menu items are restocked as needed throughout the service period.
  • Assists with the breakdown of The Bistro area and cleans the area after service.
  • Responds to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures that all F&B equipment are in good working order.
  • Reports any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
Education & CERTIFICATIONS :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hotel environment is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, or stooping.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay:
From $19.50 per hour
