Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Bartender/ F&B Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the bar and restaurant area in the hotel. This role ensures guests have a pleasant and enjoyable breakfast experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the Bistro area is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Prepares and sets up the Bistro according to hotel standards.
- Ensures that all food and beverage items are fresh, replenished, and presented attractively.
- Assists guests with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs when necessary.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of The Bistro area, including tables, counters, and floors.
- Monitors and ensures food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and utensils after each use.
- Ensures that all menu items are restocked as needed throughout the service period.
- Assists with the breakdown of The Bistro area and cleans the area after service.
- Responds to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensures that all F&B equipment are in good working order.
- Reports any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
Education & CERTIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food service or hotel environment is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, or stooping.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
