Bartender (Prost Brewing DENVER) Prost Biergartens Denver Denver, CO Job Details Part-time $25 - $45 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Food service customer order management Guest relations Bar cleaning Bar supply restocking Bar safety compliance (food service) Full Job Description Position Details Part-time position Ideal availability includes two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts (days or nights) , though we are flexible. Additional hours may become available as team members transition to our new location opening next month. Compensation We include an 18% service fee on all checks , which provides: Base pay of $25/hour Additional tips pooled daily with other bar staff Bartenders typically earn $30-$40+ per hour Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas Process orders accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively and respectfully with fellow bartenders, cooks, and management Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general bar operations Qualifications Some previous serving or bartending experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Must meet all local requirements for alcohol service What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys hospitality, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for every guest.
