$18 - $35+/hour total comp (tips included)Strong nights driven by volume + team performanceConsistency across dayparts$16.27/hour base wage plus pooled tips. Tips are shared among front-of-house team members (servers, bartenders, bussers, and barbacks). No tip sharing with managers or supervisors. Employees earn a minimum of $19.29/hour total in compliance with Denver minimum wage laws.If you know how to move and work a room, you ll make money here.
